Glen Farrelly

In 2015 Glen moved to California where he encountered devastating wildfires. Visiting these sites had a profound effect on him. The scarred and fallen trees held astrange beauty that cradled potential new life. Working in wood changed Glen’s artistic direction as a trained Ceramicist but felt natural as he belongs to generations of carpenters. He has exhibited across Los Angeles and London and has appeared in many publications. Now living in stunning North Wales Glen continues to work with reclaimed, abandoned and discarded Welsh materials, uncovering their beauty, telling their story, and reassembling them to find their future worth.
