Gallery & Honesty Box Opening Times
The gallery is open all year round:
Wednesday to Saturday 10am - 5pm
Sunday and Bank Holidays 10am - 4pm
(we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)
Our new self-serve coffee machine has replaced our horsebox cafe. We have cakes, cold drinks and ice creams from Welsh suppliers that you can take away or you can choose to sit in our garden. Payments can be made using a phone by scanning our QR code inside the honesty box or alternatively you can pay in the gallery with cash or card.
The opening hours are the same as the gallery.
The honesty box can be found next to the gallery at the rear of Glasfryn Hall (the house). There are plenty of parking spaces at the gallery or you can walk through our gates on South Street. We have outdoor seating next to our pond and a few seats in our greenhouse/summerhouse for rainy days! We would like to kindly remind you that the house and the front lawn will not be open to the public until our Summer Exhibition which opens on the 30th July.
House Opening Times
The house (Glasfryn Hall) and gardens are open to the general public during our seasonal exhibitions. When open, the hours are the same as the Main Gallery.
Our next exhibition in the house runs from:
30th July - 6th September 2026
At other times the house is open by arrangement only. Please contact us to arrange a time or just ask when you visit us. Currently on display in the house is a selection of North Wales landscape paintings by Dave Roberts PS.
Directions
From the A55, take junction 31 and head to Caerwys (you will see our brown sign on the roundabout). On reaching Caerwys, continue down the main street until you see our entrance sign on a left bend.
From the A541 at Afonwen, take the turn for Caerwys (you will see our brown sign). At the top of the hill you will enter town and immediately see our sign on the left.
We have plenty of on-site parking.

Accessibility
The gallery is a modern building that is fully accessible. The house (Glasfryn Hall), where the spring, summer and winter exhibitions are held, is an old property that is accessed via steps and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users or people with significantly restricted mobility.
