Opening Times

Our Main Gallery is open all year round:

Wednesday to Saturday 10am - 5pm

Sunday and Bank Holidays 10am - 4pm

(we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)

The house (Glasfryn Hall) is currently open (5th April to 6th May) for our Spring Exhibition. Opening hours are the same as the Main Gallery.

Our Cafe

Our horsebox cafe is also open (5th April to 6th May) for our Spring Exhibition:

Note that the cafe seating is outdoors, although shelter is provided.

From the A55, take junction 31 (Caerwys). On reaching Caerwys, continue down the main street until you see our sign on a left bend.

From the A541 at Afonwen, take the turn for Caerwys. At the top of the hill you will enter town and immediately see our sign on the left.

We have plenty of on-site parking.

Family Friendly

We have a young family ourselves and are passionate about making art accessible to children. We offer baby changing facilities, sell a small range of children’s books and kids love our local Chilly Cow ice cream. The garden is a paradise for kids during our Spring and Summer Exhibtions.

Accessibility

The main gallery is a modern building that is fully accessible, as are the cafe and gardens. Glasfryn Hall, where the special spring, summer and winter exhibitions are held, is an old property that is accessed via steps and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users or people with significantly restricted mobility.

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome in both our indoor and outdoor spaces.
